ALEX DOES A THOROUGH AND ACCURATE JOB. HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS WELL, AND I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM, HONESTY, AND INTEGRITY. HE IS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS, AND DOES A GREAT JOB WITH THE APPRAISAL. I HAVE NOT COMPARED HIS PRICE AGAINST OTHERS, BUT I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN FOR SURE.
