Affordable Lock & Key is a fully mobile locksmith service for emergency auto and residential lockouts, and residential rekeying, serving real estate agents, property owners, and property managers in the Disney region of Florida. We provide free house keys with every service call! Affordable Lock & Key knows our target clientele, and provides full value added services for our agents and managers. As former property management professionals and real estate agents ourselves, we understand your particular business needs, and we work hard to assure our services meet the highest expectations for you. Fully self contained, our mobile key shop is an excellent base for re-keying your homes at rates that do not break the bank.

Wayne called about 45 minutes prior to the appointment time to say he was running a little late and was that okay with me. I told him not to worry as I had plenty of time. When he did arrive, he rekeyed the locks, flipped the deadbolt (for some unfathomable reason it has been installed upside down), and cut 6 new keys in very quick order. Nice guy, personable, professional and extremely efficient.

It was $98 minus a first customer 10%. It was their base service call price, that's what they charged me. They were on time, they were good, they gave me extra information. I went out to the location because I know where they're at, they have a very distinctive looking little building. So when I looked it up and I saw where it was, I wanted to give them like, "Okay, this is the problem," to give them an idea of what it was, in case they needed some sort of special anything. So I went over there first and then they set up an appointment the next day or something like that and then they came out and fixed it within a half hour.

He was very professional. He came over and installed our keyless lock for our front door. He was so patient as we asked a million questions. He also re-keyed our garage door lock to match our front door. I would definitely use him again. He also honored the Angie's List coupon of $10 so don't forget to tell him. All in all he was extremely professional and nice and our locks work.

"I did have an exceptionally difficult two weeks when the warranty work on my new van was being held up at the dealership. And I was very sorry that some of my customers got caught up in delays due to that issue. I've been in regular contact with the technical people to try to resolve the email issue they have at Angies List. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with me you're the first negative response I've ever had."

There was a little snafu with the information he was provided, (my phone number was one number off) so I didn't hear from Wayne for a few weeks after the initial purchase. However, once I figured out what had happened, he arrived the same day, and changed all the locks - even did one extra - and made as many keys as we wanted. He was efficient, friendly, didn't mind our huge, barking dogs (and newly-moved-in disaster). Everything was great, and I would definitely call him again.
