Advanced Power Washing & Painting

Man picked up the phone after hours.  Nice and honest.  Came out, gave us a price and it was very reasonable.  He did top to bottom and did the front sidewalk with our permission but didn't ask for any extra payment.  Good vendor, highly recommended.  Will definitely use again in the future as we are required to power wash our house every year. 

Richie was very professional and timely in all stages of the sales & service process: from the first visit to prepare the quote, to completing the job despite inclement weather, and finally the follow up visit to meet with me to review his work and complete payment. My tile roof on our rental house looks brand new!! Richie also took special care of the details like cleaning the facia, soffit, and gutters. He even powered washed the front and back tiled patios and screen enclosures as an added bonus. I would recommend Richie and his company to any of my neighbors and plan to use his services again in the near future for another job.

Local professional guy, showed up, scoped the job and gave a very reasonable budget.  He performed quality pre-job pressure washing, very detailed prep and painted it perfectly.  
Painting of your home is something that you want done right.  I was inclined to do it myself because I didn't want a bad job by any number of questionable local "painters".  
This contact spoke articulately, was honest and forthright and he and his partner painted in a very conscientious manner.  We use Angie's List so that we don't get bad contractors.  This is a good one. 
Separately, he did some of the neighbors' driveways (pavers) and sidewalks and they came out great.  I'll look him up next time and have him do the same for me.
A++ price and performance.  Honestly, I would have paid more for the value that he provided, but he did accept a tip!
