I reached out via Facebook messenger and received a prompt reply. I sent a short video of the issue. He gave me a ballpark quote on the phone based on the video, understanding it may be more of less in person. He showed up when he said he would, charged a VERY reasonable price. He's a gem.

Great. I had another company, also A rated on Angie’s List, out 2-3 weeks earlier and the limiter was replaced. That service call was horrible from the very beginning. Above the Rest Doors was fantastic! Pedro was punctual and knowledgeable. I told him about the other company’s service call and he guessed the company right away. I will definitely use Above the Rest Doors when I need garage door service again.

We called late on Tuesday when the garage door quit operating. They came out the next day replaced the lift system for the exact price quoted over the phone. Did great work and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend them. Ask for Pedro - he does great work.

When I initially purchased the package there was a timeframe specified for service or call back. This timeframe came and went and I never heard from them. I was so upset by this I wrote a review of this incident (that I now wish I could retract). After a week I called them and left a message. A short time later I was called by a representative of the company who politely listened to my story and apologized for the inconvenience but indicated the problem was not on his end that he has had this problem previously with being notified by Angie's List. He also indicated that, that was something he would resolve and we scheduled a service technician to come out the next day. The next day, I was called before the appointed time and informed that the technician was on the way; he showed up right on time. He was friendly and courteous and very professional. He looked at my door immediately found the issue I was having (a wire got disconnected from the door sensor). He promptly fixed that and performed the door tune up that I originally requested. I have added this company to my contacts list to call if I ever need a garage door serviced again. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Doug did a great job tuning up our door, changed rollers, fixed the screw drive opener and lubed up the door. Even came out on a Saturday!! Wow, thank you!!

The tech called to let me know he was on his way. Was professional and quick.

Excellent!  This is the second time we have called on Doug and his team.  They are honest, professional and friendly.  Our garage door would close but not remain closed intermittently and it would take several attempts to try to get it to stay closed.  It almost sounded as if the door was going to snap the springs.  Routine maintenance was performed and minor repairs were completed.  We will always call on Doug and his team.  The charge was only for the service call and nothing else.
The first time Doug came out it was over a year ago because of some minor issues.  We had been told by another company we needed new springs and a garage door opener.  I found Doug and as stated earlier it was a very, very minor issue.  We thank him and his team for being there for us and they will be the only ones to work on our home!

Wonderful - good price for the service!  Didn't try to sell me on a new opener, etc. Oiled the springs which cut down on the noise substantially.Explained as he went along, checked my remotes, etc.  Would definitely use them again!

The technician who came out to give the estimate and do the repair was Pedro, and he was EXCELLENT!!! From the first minute I met him I knew things were going to go well. Pedro was very friendly and professional and had a hug supply of material to handle just about anything. And.....He arrived exactly when he told me would arrive (which is very rare in the service industry).

Unfortunately, I forgot to bring house keys with me so I had to make a few calls and then wait about 15-20 minutes until we could get in and access the garage so Pedro could begin looking at the job and even see what needed to be done to repair things. Not once did Pedro complain or huff or show any irritation because of the inconvenience of having to stand around and wait.

As soon as we got in and accessed the garage, Pedro got working right away. I did have some questions and Pedro answered all my questions kindly and explained things in an easy way that anyone could understand.

I cannot say enough good things about my first experience and impressions of the owner "Doug" and the technician "Pedro" and of this company!

Doug gave me an excellent price on a top-rated door and removed the old one, which was rotting and in precarious condition. It was a custom job, as the guides for the door led through a wall of my converted garage office, making it tricky to calibrate the full aperture of the garage door. When I found that the door needed an additional adjustment, Doug returned the next business day and took care of it immediately. I was very impressed by Doug's honesty, professionalism, and workmanship, and I recommend him without reservation.

Came out quickly to replace broken spring on my garage door. Replaced double spring and lubricant to all moving parts of Garage door. Andre was very polite and professional. Will recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

Our garage door springs broke  with our car inside. I called Doug at 6:30pm and left a message. He called me back within 1/2 hour. I told him what i needed and he scheduled with me to come to the house then next  morning at 7:30 so i could get to work. He showed up on time and did  just what he said he would do. Doug is professional, dependable and trustworthy. This is the 3rd time i have used this company and highly recommend them.
