Above & Beyond A/C & Heat

I totally recommend Above and Beyond AC/Heat. From the estimate through the entire process it was a very good experience. I got estimates from the big box stores and several independent companies. A/B's estimate was prompt, detailed and one of the best. The work was performed as scheduled. The crew was polite and efficient and I'm pleased with the performance of the unit. They even helped out with a small problem on my other unit at no charge. There was a small problem a week after and they were there within 24 hours to address it. Very responsive - very professional. That was several months ago and all good ever since. Once again, I very much recommend them if you need AC/Heat help and I would definitely call them again if I need to replace another unit in the future.

Called Above & Beyond to perform a diagnostic on a home HVAC system for my rental property and Chris came out promptly as scheduled. He provided the cost for repair and also a new unit. After performing comparisons of costs and benefits we went with a new HVAC install. I then called other ac companies to compare costs and Above & Beyond was the best price and warranty. I hired them to install the new unit and they were prompt as scheduled and performed the install. They went over the operation and maintenance with my tenant. I would recommend them for any AC service and install.

From the phone call, messaging on status and timing to the completion of the work they were very professional. One of the air handlers failed on the weekend and they had it up and running in a couple hours (the had to drive into Orlando to get the part). I can't say enough on how courteous and professional everyone that I worked with at Above and Beyond were. I was contacted through out the process to keep updated on timing and cost.

Mad. Te an appt. to have one of my AC unit checked and was given a time. Received a text with the appt. window. The representatives showed up towards the end of the appt. window. There were two of them - one appeared to be the technician and the other seemed to be supervising. He was more interested in collecting their fee. It turned out that the two wire connections were damaged. The technician replaced these in about 5 minutes using two new clips which coast maybe $0.10 and then he spent another 5 minutes to check the coolant level. 10 minutes of work cost me $123.00 in addition to another $76.00 for the visit. This visit cost me $199 and I felt that was super expensive and outrageous. The total visit lasted about 15 minutes. It was not an emergency call. Based on this visit I am contemplating becoming a HVAC technician if I can earn $1000/hour if we extrapolated this to an hour. I will never use this service provider again and I will not recommend this provider.

The entire team at Above & Beyond did just that! Each person was so helpful in the repair process, explaining the problem and letting me know my options. They came out immediately to fix my A/C and I haven't had an issue since. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I received a distressed call from my elderly parents in Kissimmee FL advising their AC unit was not working. I live in New York City and quickly searched for AC repair services on Angie's list near their home. Denise at Above & Beyond quickly attended to my call and reassured me that someone will be contacting with an ETA. Chris the technician called me upon arrival. His second call to discuss his findings followed soon after. The repair option and pricing was clearly explained and agreed upon. I could not be more happier and relieved knowing my parents will be sleeping comfortably tonight.

David and Marty showed up on time, as was very courteous, took them around 15 minutes to find out the issue. They got right down to business and told me price and went to pick up part to install. Very efficient and gave some recommendations for the future, they give free estimates if needed. I will hire them to come maintain my A/C unit for now on, no pressure to buy any unnecessary items.

Above and Beyond replaced my in-home air conditioning unit while we were away on vacation. The responsiveness and professionalism of Mr. Chris was outstanding and it lead me to hire them to replace a few lobby units in my hotel and also to work on my walk-in freezer in my restaurant kitchen. Certainly there are many companies to choose from in Central Florida but I cannot imagine finding one any better than Above and Beyond. Thank you to Mr. Chris and his team of professionals. During their install Mr. Chris even replaced my home doorbell and doorbell button, both which were not operating properly. Amazing!

Denise answered and got us on the schedule the day I requested. Marty and David arrived promptly in a nice company vehicle, were professional and found the culprit right away and explained the contacter in the condenser was missing a spring. Before replacing the part I was told the cost of it and what my total coast with labor would be. I was thrilled it was a simple, fast and low cost fix. I was also impressed that the company will donate a portion of my bill to a charity of my choosing. My dad had Alzheimers and I was happy they would contribute to this. Would definitely recommend!

I did a lot of research into the local A/C companies and would only consider companies with an "A" rating and good reviews. I also wanted a family owned business knowing they work hard to keep their reputation good. Above and Beyond Air Conditioning & Heat met all of my needs and boy, was I impressed at how quickly they came out to do an estimate, how fair they were in pricing and how fast they were able to schedule me for a new system. Chris, the owner, came out to do my estimate and advised me of when he'd arrive at the house and Denise, his wife, was incredibly professional and kept me in the loop on cost, time and delivery date. On the day the unit was to be installed, the installers arrived ON TIME and installed my system professionally and quickly. They were incredibly polite, very professional, very clean, and represented the company in the best way a company could ask. They left my property extremely clean and took away the old unit and debris. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I know I depend on reviews to make a decision, so If anyone is looking for a good company and a good team of people, I highly recommend them!

They were able to replace my system in one day in the middle of a heat wave. Despite the difficult timing the cost was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the company and it's employees.

They were able to figure out what the problem was and replaced the part needed. We have an A/C unit that is zoned and they knew exactly what they were doing and how to handle the problem. I've recommended them to my neighbors when they're unit went out and they were there within two hours. Father and son do most of the service calls and they are just wonderful. I will definitely use them again.

Called in the morning because my upstairs unit was not functioning. Charles was in the area and came right out. Charles diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and the unit works fine now . Would recommend this company!
