Stanford Concrete Service

Mr. Sanford was very polite and friendly.  He listened to want I wanted him to do and followed and met all my needs.  The workers were mostly his father and son and another helper.  All were very polite and were very good workers.  They did a fine job.  My problem came at the end of the day.  The driveway and walkway were all set and I was given instructions as to not driving on it for 5 days.  He asked for the total due and said he would take 300 dollars off if I paid in cash, which I did.  I had to ask for a receipt which he wrote out on a piece of paper.  He said the bin company would be picking it up by the next Wed. or Thurs. due to the forth of July holiday.  When Thurs came around and I had not heard from Mr. Sanford and the bin company did not come to pick up the bin I began to get nervous.  I tried calling him and his voice message box was full.  He has not gotten in contact with me or come to remove the frame around the driveway.  I called the bin company and they said the bin can not be filled with concrete and that they will have to deliver another bin.  I am still waiting for him to finish the job and regret paying him in full.  If he does not come back I am going to have to find someone to load the new bin and probably have to pay for the use on them.  It is my own fault and will be much more carful next project.  I have to do something soon as the neighbors are complaining about the bin.

I highly recommend this individual.  Fast worker, neat working area and completed timely with a good work product.  Price below our expectation.
