We are extremely pleased with the work Wayne has done and is doing to our home. He thoroughly reviewed our request. Was on time and very cooperative throughout our process to choose a contractor. His proposal was very competitive, He has not gone over budget and has communicated with us during the construction to ensure our satisfaction of the work he was doing. His crew is on time and works hard to keep the project on schedule. We are completely satisfied with his work, pricing and flexibility when dealing with us. We wanted to move a proposed bathroom which was different than the plans. His ability to accomodate those changes has impressed us. We would not hesitate to use his firm again (we plan to do this) or recommend his firm to anyone needing a general contractor.
