Tony Herce Plumbing

It was a bargain. They were an "A" from all the way through from the first time I stopped by the office to the day the set up to do the repairs. They were first rate. It's hard to find good people and particularly plumbers, but this guy's great.

Tony Herce replaced a shower/bath cartridge sent to me by Moen. After installing it the plumber said it leaked so he took it out. After he left it occurred to me he didn't use the lubricant sent with the cartridge or Silicone Grease. He inserted it dry and when he removed it the rubber tabs were off and one was torn. I believe he damaged the cartridge installing it dry. When he put my old cartridge back in he asked my wife for Vaseline to lubricate it. I now know Vaseline is a petroleum based product that will deteriorate rubber. What was he thinking? I bought a new cartridge from Home Depot for $39, Silicone Grease and installed it myself in 20 minutes. The plumber from Tony Herce said he would have charged me $80 for the same cartridge. I asked them to adjust the $105 they charged me and it fell on deaf ears. Todd the owner/manager never got back to me. Needless to say I wasn't happy.

They were great! As prompt as possible and extremely courteous. Ultimately, they came out to diagnose and had to come back the following morning to do the actual work. Very professional and everything works beautifully now! I'd call them again in a heartbeat if I needed more plumbing work done.

Two professionals showed up as promised. They went immediately to work and took care of the problem in a short time. They also explained what they were doing along the way. I have added Tony Herce Plumbing to my phone contacts in case I need a plumber again.

They were in and out in a half hour and even called to let me know they would be a few minutes late.

It went great.  They showed up when they promised.  Was able to perform all work in about an hour and half.  Another plumber said it would be 1/2 day's work to do what was needed.  Very professional.  Cleaned up the job site.  The price was a tad more than I was expecting for parts, however, I was thrilled with the work.  I will use them again.....

Called first thing on a Monday morning and someone was here within thirty minutes (they had a cancellation). Plumbers removed very large "hair/soap ball "  and now everything is running free and clear!

Although it was a job one person could do, two workers showed up on time. The price seemed a bit expensive, but at least the leak is fixed.

Two workers showed-up on agreed upon time. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Explained what they were doing and why. Price was not over what they gave as an estimate when I called to make the appointment. Satisfied with service. The only area I was not completely happy with is that I had to pay travel time, BUT I was made aware of this before they came out. Considering everything I knew, based on previous ratings for Tony Herce Plumbing, I decided to go ahead. Not sorry I did. Problem was resolved quickly

They have done an excellent job on all of the work that I have had them do. All of the work has turned out to be very nice. They are professional and they come on time. They are very knowledgeable about their line of business.

Showed up on time -- plumber and helper. Stuck with the job until it was complete ( replace all old galvanized pipes).

Used them again when the hot water heater gave out several months later. (I was not present for that job). They did not bring the equipment to remove the old heater to the sidewalk for disposal. The company, at my request, took off the costs of a trip to get the equipment.

He pulled the permits, was prompt on the jobsite and finished as required.
