My understanding is that these ladies, who are very kind indeed, recently bought this business.  Unfortunately, they know little about pool repair and I turned out to be one of their test guinea pigs.  It took them several months to identify and repair a leak in the return line. I ended up paying them over $1,700.  I later had the pool re-grouted by a different Company.  The folks that did the re-grouting were very professional, showed up when they said they would and knew a ton about pools and pool repair.  In a matter of 2-days, the grouting company re-grouted my entire pool...and then some.  They fixed things Southernmost missed, changed out pool fittings, cut back tree roots, changed some of the pool plumbing, etc.  And, with proper materials, they ended up redoing the lousy epoxy patch that it took Southernmost Pools several months to complete.  Worse yet, this is a rental property and I had to make a concession to my tenant for all the months that the pool was out of service because Southernmost couldn't get the job done in a timely fashion.  Not a good experience at all.
