Our dining room ceiling collapsed due to a tiny leak in the attic hot water pipe. We had no clue since the pipe was hidden by insulation. Once the insulation, batting and drywall was soaked and could hold no more water, it fell in. Royal Plus came and cleaned all the soggy insulation out, vacuumed the rafters, they applied antimicrobial agents (for mold), installed and ran two huge industrial- sized dehumidifiers and an air scrubber unit for two weeks. Brian faithfully came out after his other duties and checked to see that the machines were working properly and that the wood was, in fact, drying out as needed. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone requiring the services they provide. We were very pleased and would use them again. (The reason I listed the price as $0.00 is because the homeowners insurance covered this so I never saw a bill). It is now Jan 7, 2016. They finished at our home on Dec 23, 2015. My husband just told me that our homeowner's adjustor ca called and is still waiting on their invoice so he can finish his estimate. Holidays notwithstanding, I think they have had more than adequate time to get that to him. If it wasn't an insurance claim and we were paying out of pocket Royal Plus would certainly expect their invoice paid immediately. This is not acceptable.

They came out and were at the office for about an hour. They showed me a few things I could do and gave me an estimate if I wanted them to do the work. However, we ended up not needing their services.
