If I could have given a 0 I would, I had this company move my belongings from my storage unit to my new place about a mile away, I came and got the most fragile things myself. This was from my one bedroom apartment and I was assured it would take less than 2 hours to move that amount. There is a 2 hour minimum, fair enough and I agreed. The guys they send went as slow as humanly possible and my husband saw them just sitting in the truck. Everything finally gets inside and they have been at it for maybe 2 hours and 15 mins tops and come at me with a 440 bill! Charged for a full extra hour, I was so mad I went to pull out the extra $ and get them out of my home. One of our tvs had its cord missing, it was packed with it wrapped around it and gently wrapped in several comforters in perfect condition. Not being a big deal I ordered a replacement for it and I got it in the mail today, I plugged in my TV to have it broken and unusable! I called the office back and spoke to the same woman I booked my move with, she was very rude, did not care, talked over me and LAUGHED at me, telling me I signed the paperwork saying everything was OK even though they didn't bring my TV cord preventing me from noticing they smashed it. I've never had a employee down right laugh in my face over something they know they did wrong, unbelievable. I will never recommend this company.

Professional! Showed up on time, reviewed what we needed and wanted moved. Loaded efficiently and then moved us and unloaded us into the rooms we asked. Extremely polite, fast, and careful! Not a single broken item!
