The owner of Island Breeze called me on Friday to confirm that he and his assistant would be at my house in the middle of the afternoon on Saturday to place my new Christmas palm. They showed up punctually to do the job. Both gentlemen were polite and courteous to me; my input was sought on decisions regarding tree placement, etc. Because of their expertise, the job was done in short order and in less than favorable weather conditions. I was given explicit instructions as to how to care for my tree during the critical early stages in its relocation to my yard.

It went great! I bought it one day and it was delivered the next day. The business owner arrived and planted the tree for me, which was critically important. I am an elderly lady and digging holes in the yard is something I am unable to do in my dotage. He gave me thorough instructions on how to best tend to my new tree. I plan to enlist their services again to remove coconuts and palm fronds from the tall tree in my yard.
