Tires arrived two days after they ordered them mainly because they were ordered on a Friday. On Monday, they called to let me know the tires were in and they told me to bring the car in the next morning - no appointment necessary!! Next morning I was greeted right away by David who after one look at my car knew exactly who I was and what I was there for!! After the paperwork was done, he asked me if I was going to wait. When I told him that I needed to get to work and I would be back later, he said that he asked because he was going to arrange for transportation to take me where I needed to go. About two hours later I got a call from David informing me that my car was ready and explained what had been done. When I got there to pick up the car, at the end of the day, David again remembered my name and what I was there for. David's customer service was extremely refreshing and one of many reasons why I will continue to service my car at Duncan Auto!!

Took my 2012 Lincoln with Premium Warranty in for regular warranty maintenance. I have Lincoln's Premium (extra cost) warranty. After the oil change, tire rotation, etc. had been performed, the Service Advisor advised that I needed to replace the engine air filter and neither the part nor the labor would not be covered by the warranty. In addition he suggested a and quot;two-part induction service.and quot; I questioned that the filter should be covered under the warranty but he showed a typewritten note from this Service Manager listing warranty parts that did not include filters. I called the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle and warranty and they assured me it was covered and actually spoke to the Service Advisor. They then faxed my premium warranty information to the Service Manager at Duncan evidencing that the filter was, indeed, covered by the warranty. Duncan then removed the charge for the filter after being referred to the Ford oasis website. All of this was accomplished in a pleasant but frustrating fashion and I'm sure they would not have removed the charge had it not been for the intervention of the other dealer's service department. Perhaps this was an honest mistake and it was resolved in timely fashion, but it seems to me that Duncan should have investigated more thoroughly as part of fair customer service. I am unable to comment on the quality of the work that was done since I just got the vehicle back. So far, no problem.

They did not try and force any additional services down my throat like other service stations might have.
A BIG PLUS... to their credit, they granted my Father's parts discount first time around (he was a 28 year retiree with ford)... and I have had to fight with other dealerships before to honor the discount.
Gentleman handling the quote seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Car was fixed well, and I was very happy with the service overall.
The only negative thing I could say is that their labor pricing rate seemed a tad on the high side. and they gave the highest quote I have paid yet by about 100 dollars (about 15 percent). In their defense though, it has been 2 years since the last repair, labor rates may have gone up a bit, and everything is a little bit more expensive here on the islands (the previous repairs were done in the florida panhandle).
In consulting with several other service stations before this one... they made me feel the most comfortable and gave me the most piece of mind. they are probably a tad on the pricey side as a they are a labeled ford dealership, but i wouldn't have felt comfortable going with anyone else... the are worth the extra money if you have it to spend.
as far as timeliness... took me about 5 days to get into the shop (had to wait over a holiday weekend)... and when i did get it in, they turned it around in a day and a half. not exceptionally speedy, but definitely satisfactory.
