as those who live in Key west know nothing in key west moves fast...BUT if your patient and work with Denis he will work with you and in the end you will find he is fair, does what you pay him for is helpful with suggestions when difficulties are encountered and is honest and not trying to rip any one off...I would use him again on any future projects of a large scale..

....the overall experience of working with Denis and his crews and subs was great, his crews and his subs were professional and did great work.....they were cooperative to work with as minor changes or issues arose as they always do in any undertaking of this size, and were eager to assure we were satisfied when they were done......in summary it went so well we intend to use Denis again in the fall to remodel our bathrooms
