As you can guess things did not go very well. Police report is on file. To this date nearly two full years after the fact I have not received documentation of the 114 hours it took him to make the form (2 x 4's and rebar) for a slab of approximately 220 square feet. At $60.00 per hour plus concrete and finishing it was likely the most expensive concrete in the history of Key West.
