He took out filter and said it needed to be replaced. He went to Home Depot and returned to say they didn't have one. He went outside to make a phone call on checking to get a filter for it. Came back and ran a wire down the faucet which made it somewhat better. All of this took 51 minutes by his timer app on his phone which he says he started when he pulled up in my driveway. He charger me $172!

Very well - courteous and efficient and showed us all the details as he went along.

Had sewer back up on Christmas Day, called a couple plumbers to come day after.  CLKP called back in minutes to tell us they had someone in the area and they would be there as soon as they finished another job.  20 minutes later Clay from CLKP showed up, assessed situation and used roof vent to snaked out main sewer drain and clear the problem. He also determined the Master Bath tub drain was plugged and snaked that as well.  Had an issue with a broken screw, but fixed that and everything back to normal.  Was at the house less than 2 hours, did an excellent job, and the bill was much less than expected.  We will definitely be calling them again to take care of some other issues that need to be addressed at the house.
