Certified Appliance

Showed up a little late but on the day they said they would.  Competitive price, very professional installers including one of the family members who own the firm.  They will be my first choice if we need any more appliances.

Caesar was the repair person who arrive to fix my built-in confection Oven / microwave combo.   The microwave was not working.  Caesar know right away that relay / (and some other part that I don't remember) had failed.  He told me what it would cost to repair it.  (Which was almost the cost of a brand new unit, just shy a $200 )  He told me he would not recommend fixing it.  He actually went on to say he would not recommend replacing it with another combo confection/microwave unit.  He said he had seen to many fail to often.   He recommended replacing with just a microwave.  Since this was a built in, he also knew of a Trim Kit that could be used to make the new microwave look built-in also.   Making it look finished.  He had pictures of another he had done.  It looked great and I decided to do that.  Caesar said it would be about 2 weeks before everything came in.  It actually only took a week.  They called early to install.  Everything was completed, cleaned and old hauled away in less than 30 minutes.   The cost was still less than actually replacing the combo unit.  Caesar was very professional, courteous.  I was very satisfied with them.

It went very well! The tech showed up on time, fixed the problem and it was cost effective! I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Mike came on schedule, was pleasant, gave appropriate resolution of the problem with a fair price for the call. Just what I wanted.

The fellow came twice. The first time he sad he did compression tests and could find nothing wrong. He reset the vacuum condenser light and charged $80 for service call. The second time all the problems existed and the vacuum condenser light had come on again. He did some pressure tests, say the heavy frost in the freezer and called Sub-Zero. After call he said he couldn't figure it out and left having accomplished nothing. There was no charge for the second visit. Nice fellow but certainly no help whatsoever.
