These people are the lowest of the low. They are inept, lazy, predatory and
they deserve anything bad that comes to them. All I can say is that
karma will continue to haunt this family. Every experience I've ever
had with them has been bad. In 2010, my husband was injured in a
scooter accident 2 blocks from our home. Rather than allow me to walk
the scooter home, they towed it, costing $500+ in towing fees. My
husband was badly injured and required surgery. I was upset about that
and when I later tried to call Arnolds, I spoke to Mrs. Doris Arnold
and she informed me that she was going to a Little League game and had
not time for me. She said I could get the scooter in a few days when
they reopened and that I'd have to pay storage for those days. I asked
if she could meet me then to avoid storage and she said she'd charge me
extra (equal to two days storage) if she had to leave the ball game and
meet me. They have you screwed coming and going. These people are the
lowest of the low, the coarsest of the coarse and inept to boot!
SO this morning my husband's truck wouldn't start. Battery is old and
needed a jump to start the vehicle so we could take it to Sears (our
only local spot for a battery) for a new battery. I phoned our roadside
assistance people at 7:30 AM. I asked them to set it up for 10 because
Sears wouldn't be open until then. They set it up. Arnolds called at 9
saying they were on their way and I told them I couldn't let the car
sit with the engine running for over an hour that they needed to come at
10 as requested. I got attitude. They were a no-show at 10. They
were a no-show at 11. I talked to the roadside assistance people 3 times
and they said each time that Arnolds said they were 'on their way'.
The driver just called and said he'd be here in 15 minutes (Yah. Right)
I told him it was set up for 10 and he said "We don't do appointments.
We're really important to this town and you'll take what you can get."
His name was Lenno or something like that. He finally showed for what
was KNOWN to be a DEAD BATTERY and then after messing with it and
staying on his cell phone for 10 minutes, he said he had to wait for
someone to bring him jumper cables. SERIOUSLY???? They knew it was a
dead battery and brought no jumper cables??? Outrageous! Had to wait
for another vehicle that arrived 10 minutes later with jumper cables,
driven by an old guy with no name on his shirt, and with a young kid
with a gold chain the size of my wrist around his neck. Finally, they
did their job but not before it was almost noon.
Thus it appears not only does Mrs. Doris Arnold, wife of Ricky Arnold, have a bad attitude, it goes all the way down the line.

My vehicle was badly damaged in an accident when another driver failed to stop at an intersection. Arnold's towed my car, held it in their lot, coordinated the inspection by the insurance company, and delivered the damaged vehicle to the repair shop all without my having to do a thing. I never received a bill. They dealt directly with the insurance carriers on that.
Many thanks to Ricky and Doris Arnold and their staff. Their experience, professionalism and skill made my bad day better.

It went just great. Things were chaotic at the site of the accident. We were injured and everyone was upset and stressed. Arnold's came in like the pro's they are. They took charge of things so we didn't have to and I was able to get my family to the emergency room without having to worry about the vehicle as well. Also, I never saw a bill from them. Arnold's billed the insurance company directly and got payment from them. I did not have to do anything. My review: Wonderful. Marvelous. Spectacular.
