We are affiliated with Bridgestone/Firestone and stock many of their tires we also accept the Firestone Credit card, or we have the application to fill out for one, 90 days same as cash option.

If you enjoy being treated by service personnel with a bad attitude, who lack service skills and must hate their jobs of dealing with customers then ask for John at Wheaton's garage in Key Largo.. Arrived for an appointment made 2 days in advance with the goal of all work being done on same day. I emphasis 'They set the appointment' as to the date and the time to ensure their team had the necessary time set aside to complete the services requested. When I arrived for appointment first person I met was "John" who was sitting behind a desk inside the door behind the counter I will say from his greeting and demeanor it went down hill, He must be a graduate and top of his class with respect to the skills taught in the poor customer service hand book, 'no smile' and then treat the customer with the attitude of ' we are more important than you and be happy we are talking to you at all today," After looking at my service writeup his next words were Oil change is a yes but everything else is "Not going to happen", I shared I made the appointment so it could happen and after a minute he said, we will let you know in an hour and half if it can happen, may even be longer and again the other items will most likely not happen (never made one positive remark but filled with all the negative words of no and not going' happen and will not happen...... Never said we will try, we can do whatever we can or give me any hope for a positive outcome. He did say it was a long day and they were open a long time. But he also said, will not happen today. No reason why, and did not provide any explanation as to sorry or even seemed to try to seeing what he was saying from how it impacts what the customer side would be, despite my mentioning I had specifically arranged to have the work done. I felt that i was on the take it and be appreciative of what you get attitude, I went to the service waiting room and saw another customer. Asking them if they had service done here before and after exchanging a few words I learned the attitude of the 'we are the only game in town' is prevalent at this shop and the service team expects you to be happy with a wait till we get to you attitude. After seeing no action on my car for the next 30 minutest I went back up front, got my keys from John 'who seemed glad to give them to me' and told him I would be forgoing service with them, no questions asked as I left. Lord help them if this is the owners guy in charge as it is what future business failures are all about, it surely will impact money they could be making but are seem to be happy getting by on what they are now getting with poor attitudes and service. They may be the only game in town but it will catch up to them, I will drive a longer way to find another garage who may be worth paying your hard earned dollars for service with a smile verses paying for service with 'attitude'. I will also share to every neighbor or coworker the same message, It was a shame the owner was in marathon or I would have spoken to them as their absence may be impacting their service today. Lack of local options or competition does not mean anyone deserves this level of service, or should the owner hire employees who hate their jobs. No matter the drive distance I will go elsewhere rather than stand for service from an arrogant service advisor with a bad attitude, today's message is they clearly they don't need or do they want my business.

Huge shop with super small check in area. People were nice, promised car would be done after lunch - wasn't ready until just before closing (I guess technically that is after lunch). Price was a little high for a simple service on small car (Acura Integra). When we went to pick up car we stood and waited for approximately 10 minutes without acknowledgement, but when we did talk with them they were very nice and pleasant. Services provided were great, as expected. Maybe it was just a super-busy day there
