The contractor did everything he said he would do and more . I felt like I got more than a bargain. He showed up on time and work was done on time. He worked around me. I could keep my bathroom longer because the contractor made it happen. His prices were right on. No hidden charges. Too bad Angies list doesnt give out A+ s because this contractor would get one in every case that I have experienced. I have allot more work to get done and Tropical Renovations is getting it.

Tropical Renovations were extremely professional and did the job wonderfully and FAST! My only critical feedback was the initial quote was much lower than the final price and it went so fast that there was sufficient check in on the increase in costs. In the end, the price was fair given all the work and quality. I would absolutely recommend and use them in the future. Next time, however, I will be stronger on getting the quote in writing and requiring specific approval if it is going to cost more.
Also, the entire crew was incredibly friendly and hardworking. They even picked up all the materials I ordered from Home Depot and brought to the site.

Grafton and his entire team were wonderful. The quality of the jobs were first class. We were very impressed with the level of detail to each job, large or small. Grafton was always dependable, reliable and extremely trustworthy. Grafton would always go the extra mile on the jobs. He provided us with recommendations for other professionals in the area as well. Grafton takes great pride in his work and his team is carefully selected. We will gladly use Grafton again for any work we need.

It was a pleasure dealing with the contractor. always did what he said and did it well. No hassles. No BS. Very helpful, courteous and friendly-- hope to invite him and wife for drinks and dinner. never felt that thwere was anything shady. made great suggestions. has a good sense of humor. i have no problem recommending him to anyone.

Did an excellent job in a timely manner. Neat and clean not leaving trash. Had a couple of issues with things after a bit of weather and came back and made adjustments and made it right. Would call them again. Grafton has a great team and they do quality work.
