+ -1 moreArrived on time and was very engaging. She brought her own cleaning supplies. Overall, many areas were not done, as she was to start this as a weekly service, I was not to worried and assumed that overlooked items would be completed next week. The next week, she did not show up or return phone calls. It has been 4 weeks without contact.
