I explained to the mechanic in charge of the garage about changing the oil seals and the gasket in the engine as they were changing the car engine and he promised to do so. First of all they took forever, since christmas, I only got the car last month and because I knew it was too much work, I never pressurized them. When I stopped by to check if they were done,  I asked the mechanic who was working on the car just before he put in the engine, whether he had changed the engine seals too? He said nobody told him about it. He goes to the guy in charge whom I had talked to when I brought the car and I realized they didn't change the seals. He told me the engine wouldn't leak but when I took the car, it started to leak. This means I have to pull another extra $1,500. The seals should have been changed before the engine was put up. Personally I think he is a good mechanic however he could have gotten overloaded with a lot of work and he didn't see what he should have. I think he I didn't get what I wanted but my experience with him, he knows mechanic. Overall he was lousy because he didn't do what he was supposed to do. I will not be using him again in the future.
