ENOS MITCHELL SEPTIC TANK CORP

they said they would come and dig up top of tank up to 2 ft down, locate lids, pumpout tank completely. did not show up when they said they would. finally showed up, dug small hole and smashed a hole into the tank. pumped out the shower water on top, did not pump out any sludge. when i came out to check on job which should last some time to complete properly, they had put small plastic lid on hole and had covered up already and said they were done. I had to make them dig it up so I could check the work, since I was suspicious, and sure enough, they had just pumped out the loose water, and left all the sludge in there !!! when I said they had to pump out sludge, they said that was extra and not included in job (eventhough it clearly was and is part of the job) and they became argumentative and hostile...I had to call their office and they said they would do the job, but the men on site remained hostile and argumentative and refused to do the work, then, they hooked up the truck AND tried to PUMP BACK IN WHAT THEY PUMPED OUT!!!! I thought that they had a change of heart and were actually going to do the job, but i clued in and had to scream at them to get the h*** off my property I'm calling the police !!! do not call this company !!!!!!
