lFirst removed all decking and trash. Found stringers and metal brackets holding them to concrete rotten and metals completely rusted away.This meant complete reconstruction.Dave got all permits, bought new Materials, redesigned to make the construction simpler and more efficient.Co-ordinated sub trades like carpenters, electrician and concrete workers.Dave has exellent workers working for him, the completed job is exellent.I have used Dave for many other projects for my house which was a "spec" house and practically had to be rebuilt. I hifgly recommend him.
