Description of Work: Overcharged and very slow to return money. |billed for services we didn't agree on then said if we didn't pay it would affect our credit. |we paid the bill and then it took months and many phone calls to get reemberwsed.

Description of Work: The service we received at the Key West office of Comcast was excellent! It was the end of the day but our service rep was still smiling! She was kind, efficient and patient! We would highly recommend Comcast!

 + -1 moreNot reliable or professional. The service man was not knowledgable. I had them out 3 times before I got the problem solved and it was my husband who solved it. They put unnecessary lines in my attic and a hole in my wall that was not necessary. You are very limited with cable and internet service in the Keys. If you could figure a way around using Comcast, I would.
