Not reliable or professional. The service man was not knowledgable. I had them out 3 times before I got the problem solved and it was my husband who solved it. They put unnecessary lines in my attic and a hole in my wall that was not necessary. You are very limited with cable and internet service in the Keys. If you could figure a way around using Comcast, I would.
