Frank Jr. is absolutely the worse plumber I’ve experienced he was rude from day one so unprofessional. He never kept his word on his promises of completion of the job. I’m a superintendent for A company that services Auntie Anne’s Contruction sites and I would highly recommend staying away from Island plumbing they definitely are complete trash DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!

Terrible company, charged me nearly $2,985 to install a basic water heater. I didn't mind over paying, but what I didn't like was the fact they finished up at exactly 5pm on a Friday and when they left there was no hot water, when I tried to call the company they were closed and now I have no hot water until Monday. So feel free to use this company if you want to pay 2x the cost of normal plumbing work and have terrible results like me.

Hired to repair a water valve leaking. They arrived and said it was not a plumbing issue. Charged $130 for the call out. Should be half of what they charged for no work done. Never again using them.

Very good. They had to cut the tile to put the new one.

I think they take care of fifty percent of the maintenance in this area. They are very well known around here and are professional. They are very reliable, have fair prices, and are punctual.

They did a good job and I was very pleased. They were on time and friendly and knew what they were doing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone because they are great!

THE TOILET WAS OVERFLOWING EACH TIME IT WAS FLUSHED. THE SERVICE MEN HAD TO USE A SNAKE FOR THE TOILET AND IT TOOK ABOUT TWO HOURS! I WAS JUST GLAD IT WAS FIXED AND THAT IT WAS DONE RIGHT.
