It is difficult to pinpoint and repair a roof leak. I hired MegaBuilders at the end of 2019 to fix a leak in my garage and paid them $1,000 to repair the leak and guarantee their work. Within a year, the leak recurred and MegaBuilders made a cursory attempt to fix it. Now, several months later, the leak is worse than ever. MegaBuilders is not returning calls in spite of a written agreement to guarantee workmanship for 5 years. It may not be a profitable job for them at this point, but my initial $1,000 should have provided me with a reliable repair and dry garage for more than 1-1/2 years. I am very disappointed Update : This is an amendment to an earlier review. Mega Builders returned to fix a roof repair. It took months for them to return, but when they did the repair was completed to my satisfaction.

Very pleasant owner. Showed me pictures of the work being done. It seems the work was well done, but I will not know until we get a good rain and I do not get any leaks. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after.

#1) being a business owner myself, to me there is nothing better than initially deal with the business owner. Roberto is an excellent individual and a very quality-oriented, business owner. His word is his Bond.

As an architect I knew what needed to be done to fix my roof leak. Even without drawings, Mega Builder completed everything I needed. Additionally they patched a few small areas that could also have been adding to my leak. My Spanish is very poor but I never had a problem talking with them. They were on time to the job and cleaned up any mess that may have been made. Great job was done on a leak that others could not fix. Thank you Roberto!
