March 16th, 2017 I hired and paid IN FULL well over $3000 to have a few hundred square feet of carpet ripped up and replaced with some Vinyl Wood Flooring that I purchased from We’ll Floor U of Jupiter. The job was not done properly and I almost immediately had issues with most of the transition moldings that were laid down between the flooring transitions to bedroom carpet and bathroom tile and kitchen tile. They tried gluing it down upon installation but only days later, the glue gave, never adhered, it was messy, and they just popped up. Having a rugrat in the home in my now 11 month old daughter, it is also a concern of mine as she, on occasion has made her way over to the loose transition. I contacted We’ll Floor U and explained the situation to an employee over the phone. He told me he would contact the man who installed the floors and get back to me. Never heard back. One week later I called again and spoke to a guy who's name I'll keep out. He told me he would get installer to come back out and get it fixed and get back to me shortly. Never heard back. 2 weeks later, I called again. Mind you, I was easy, calm, collective about the situation. Spoke to someone again, explained the situation, telling them this is the 3rd time I have called in the last three weeks about it and every time I am told I will be called back to schedule repair and never hear back. They were apologetic and told me they would need to call installer to get details about what is needed and get back to me. I reluctantly agreed to have them call me back, and to no surprise NEVER heard from them again! I call a week later, this time I am a bit more annoyed. At this point we are already into MAY! Friday, May 12th to be exact. Spoke to employee again that I had specifically spoken to already more than once. He told me he would contact installer and get back to me on Monday. He later texted me from his cell phone saying he would actually call me Tues. as he forgot he was off on Monday. Guess what??? NEVER HEARD. After leaving another message (not so nice this time) employee returns my call. No apology mind you, but did finally come over to look at the transitions. He was embarrassed by the work. Even said himself, “Wow, that’s embarrassing,” when looking at the moldings. Told me he would contact installer and have him come out to replace them but that he couldn’t solidify a date at the moment because he had to order the parts and that he would call me. I assumed he would considering he actually came over and knew how upset I was. He never called me. Instead, as my wife and I were walking out the door with my daughter to visit my parents, 4 guys rolled up to my place a week later to make the repairs. No phone call to confirm a day and time. Just sent them over. So I rearrange my entire schedule because I wanted to get it done, however we couldn’t get it done. Installer went to the truck to get the moldings and employee sent him random moldings that didn’t even remotely match the color of the wood! Installer, annoyed at the situation instead re-glued the transitions, but did drill one of them. Of course a few days later, the glued transitions came up again. Called same employee again and questioned if he had my order on file as I was confused why installer was sent with incorrect transactions. He said he did but went with an in - stock transition that he thought was the same color from his memory of color wood we ordered from 3 months ago! He was WRONG. So he told me he would have to order the correct ones (I thought that was what he originally going to do). That takes us to today well over 2 weeks since I last left message. Haven’t heard back. Called and left messages too. NOTHING! Last ditch effort, I recently filed complaint with BBB as, at this point I feel blatantly ignored and essentially ripped off. Sad to have to write this review. Officially "Floored" AVOID

Did an excellent job

I got a few quotes and they offered exactly the same product and installation at about 2/3 of the price of their competition. The workmen showed up on time, they were efficient and did the job quickly. I am going to ask them to do a bigger project in the future.

A true "Mom n' Pop" LOCAL operation. Professional, efficient, and friendly. Can't say enough about them. Call them for a consult and you'll know, too, that there's no need to go anywhere else. Wasn't sure anyone would want a small job, but I needed carpet replaced in closets due to water damage. They were so happy to help me as if I were redoing a 4000 sq ft home. Thank you!!!

Very well. The crew who installed the flooring was amazing. They put down nearly 1000, feet of laminate in less than 1 day. They were very professional and the work was perfect.

Loved the service. The language gap between the installers and I caused a misunderstanding which was ultimately rectified by the shop. Good people and a great product

Kate, in the showroom, was wonderful. I looked at all sorts of options, borrowed samples a couple of times, requested my 1/4 round early so I could paint it, and it was all easy. Richard and his crew did a great job on the installation. I would use them again with no hesitation, and I'd recommend them very highly.

Assisted with selection of best flooring for bedrooms; scheduled and laid carpet

I went to their Stuart store.  They also have their remnant department nearby.  I found a terrific wool remnant.   I also was shown exactly what I was looking for.  The employees were happy to come right out to measure my requirements.  I am delighted with my carpet!  It is top quality.  I would definitely recommend the Stuart facility; I did not use the Jupiter store.  Even better, they arranged to have my carpet installed the day before Thanksgiving!  My carpet is maintaining its look, and wears wonderfully.  I am extremely pleased, and would recommend We'll Floor U in Stuart to anyone!

The floor was prepped with waterproof barrier & the engineered floor glued down.  The installation was completed within 2 days.  Order was placed in a timely manner & delivered on the day of installation.  Installer was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.  We are Very pleased!

Everything, from the shopping and carpet selection to the installation, was superb. Their prices were very competitive, they were very personable and friendly and very helpful in choosing our carpet. Their installation ream was right on time and they too were excellent. They answered our questions and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

It was great. The store staff is professional, friendly, patient and helpful. I was also impressed with the showroom and variety of products. The Installation Team of (2) people was VERY IMPRESSIVE. They were professional, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and they PERFECTLY installed the carpet in less time than projected. Perfect isn't a term I use frequently....Their attention to detail and craftsmanship during installation was far better than what I was expecting based on previous experience with other flooring dealers. They cleaned up after completing the project, and replaced the furniture back as it was, and didn't damage anything. They explained the benefits of the Technics and installation methods they were using which gave me a good sense of security in doing business with this company. I would highly recommend those people.

They did a great job. . He had a lot of samples in the place, which meant that I could get the right color. He let me take them home and put them next to my paints and it came out to be a perfect match. Their price was good as well.

It has been a disaster. In June of last year, we had to remove the wood flooring due to water damage. The water seeped through the cement slab the home sits on (a common occurrence in Florida I am now told). As part of the installation a water proof barrier was to have been laid on the cement slab to prevent what eventually happened. Upon removal of the wood flooring, we discovered that no water barrier had been installed. s you would expect, the mold was unbelievable and I needed the assistance of an environmental expert to determine whether my family and I could have been affected. With the $9,000 that I paid for tile flooring and installation, my out-of-pocket is now $21,500, but the worst part is that We'll Floor U and it's owner refuse any responsibility. I may have to resort to legal action given that I have numerous witnesses.
