excellent, every aspect of this deal went well. They were prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves and the workmanship is perfect.

Triple M came out, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did a good job. The patio looks great. All of the other companies that I called wanted to totally re-do the patio, at a cost of thousands of $$.

Triple M came out and inspected the patio, and provided an estimate at no cost. He made sure that there was no hidden problem like a leaking pipe or sprinkler line that had caused it to sink. I agreed to the price, and he came out the very next day and did the job. Patio looks great again.

Excellent! Triple-M/Don were awesome to work with. In ten days they removed the driveway and walkways along with other vegetation and moved drainage given some challenging requirements. The Triple-M crews did a great job throughout the project. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

The installers worked without stopping to complete the job in a timely manner. In all, they installed over 1200 sq. ft. of pavers. The final product is beautiful and we continue to get compliments on the excellent job.

Final product was very good. Did do a bit more damage to the lawn than I thought was necessary, so they made a concession toward doing re-sodding. I thought that was very fair.

To begin with Triple M Brick pavers,called the night before at 5 pm and stated unable to come the next day due to rain that day and their work was backed up. I stated that was fine but again I had already taken off work let me know the date. Two gentleman showed to do over 500 square feet of driveway and my neighbors driveway which they had originally done and had now shifted(yes I should have known then it would be a nightmare!) at 11:00am they worked until 4 forgot the sand I gladly drove to purchase from Lowes. They did half the driveway , crooked and added gravel and not the sand . Then told me the other half ,that was included in the schematic was not covered in the price . I spoke with Mike the owner he agreed it was not in the price although it was written on the contract and shown in the schematic . He offered to do the entire job but for more money. The drain was not completed either. The next day at 10:30 am one gentleman returned to complete my driveway and my neighbors and didn't complete either. The owner called for the remainder of the balance 650.00 was given by Fed Ex by check already. My neighbor complained as well and the owner stated he would come check on the job the following week . Both driveways were left sand , gravel and dirt and uneven raised pavers . The following week no show . I called the next week to ask where the owner was and was told vacation and he could not call me. I phoned Tuesday , of the week he was to return on Monday, and was told the owner had personal matters and could not be reached by phone until his return Thursday. My neighbor called and spoke to the owner who then called me the following morning stating he wanted to finish the job properly because I had asked for my money to be returned. I allowed him to try and make up for the job -second mistake on my part------ The following week, yes this is now six weeks, my driveway was a mess ! The owner showed with several workers stated yes the schematic was correct and it would be completed and the drain cut out. The driveway still done uneven , mis aligned, not raised , the workers slept all over the lawn , the neighbors commented on the sleeping workers , and they filled in the ditch we dug for the drain with dirt! Never putting a drain but covering it up with over three garbage bags of dirt . No sand added to pavers complete , uneven pavers for someone to trip just a mess! The owner called for the remainder of the money ! I took pictures forwarded them to the owner and he charged me 900.00 of the 1300.00 owed. I of course paid and said NEVER would I recommend this company to anyone . As the days go on the pavers shift each day it is a total mess! DO NOT EVER USE this company ! Horrible work

Old driveway was removed without any damage to surrounding structures. Cable TV connection that ran under old driveway was not damaged. Carefully removed shrubs without tearing up adjacent areas - even split one shrub in half at my request. Sod they supplied and installed was fresh and healthy. Backed upright paver borders with cement to assure stability. Thoroughly cleaned work area upon completion. New paver driveway has received numerous compliments from friends and strangers. Everyone on the job took pride in their work and the total project exceeded my expectations.

I called Mike, he came out and checked out the deck while I was not there and gave me a quote on the phone. He then sent his crew out a few days after and they did the work in one day.
