It went excellent. "Total" is reliable and efficient. When our septic system backed up they came over immediately. At the end our of their visit we thought the problem was solved because our toilets worked. But the next morning they again backed up. "Total" returned immediately and now they are fine.

They were on time and very professional, not only jetting the junction box, but also the drain pipes and checking the overall "health" of the drain field. Their honesty and professionalism saved me close to $9000 and the system now works better than ever. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them. The problem was further complicated by electric cables going over the box lid requiring them to dig a larger hole to slide the lid off. No extra charge. They were an absolute pleasure, but most of all we are thrilled that the job took just one day, their diagnosis so accurate and the job was so reasonably priced.
