Overall, it has obviously gone very poorly. To say their customer "service" is pathetic is an understatement beyond all measure - that notion is basically nonexistent. I manage contracts for a living with projects ranging from tens of thousands to millions of dollars and I deal with contractors on a daily basis. I have rarely if ever seen such an utterly abysmal approach to living up to a company's contractual obligations. I'm honestly shocked that this has been our experience with Home Depot. We specifically chose them and paid more for the protection that we sadly thought would come from a company with what now seems to be an undeserved reputation. Rather than enjoying a new kitchen, I now find myself without a functioning kitchen researching Chapter 558, Florida Statutes, for bringing legal action due to construction defects. I will be happy to provide the pictures and further details to whoever requests them.
