STEEM N CLEEN

Anyone who has stairway carpeting knows how dirty the carpeting can become. We had let ours go for far too long and were not hopeful that it would look good again but we were wrong. From the initial scheduling, Steem N Cleen was very professional and courteous…but the proof lies in the pudding, as they say. They arrived, promptly, did a wonderful job at a great price. Couldn’t have asked for more.

They were on time. They got the carpets very clean.  They were all very nice and did not bother me once.

Very well. Carpet was in bad shape, due to wear and tear, pet stains, and food stains. Carpet was cleaned, we stayed off it for several hours and the cleaning has held up really well.

I wont use them again.

Wow. I call them on Thur afternoon late and said I need to see if I can get them to clean before my wife and kids get back on Saturday. It was Caz that I spoke with and he said he'd be there the next morning at 9:00-9:15. He was on time. I think he was done by 10:00am. I will be using them again in the future. I appreciate them fitting me in on such a short, short notice. A+ from me.

Everything went as planned. They arrived on time, finished early and did a thorough job. Actually charged $10 less than estimated over the phone.

The gentleman whom we dealt with was constantly accomodating and patient even though we rescheduled twice. He did not try to charge extra or sell us any extra services; he just came and cleaned the carpet. He made sure to explain what he was going to do and where he was going to start before he began. He concentrated on problem spots and did a great job in a short period of time. The carpet still feels clean a month later. His fee is nominal; it is almost half of the other vendors out there, including the larger brands. The services are a steal! Courteous, professional, easy to reach via phone. He was truly a pleasure to work with.

It went very well. They made an appointment as oppossed to giving me a range of times and showed up a few minutes early. They were extremely professional and efficient. The carpet and couches look better than they have with any other cleaning service. I wish they took credit cards, but they did not.

It went very well. We got an over the phone estimate. The response was very quick. The owner called in advance of arriving (he came an hour early). He worked like a Trojan, seemed very thorough and identified one stain he could not get to go away. There was one other which went away initially, but seemed to recur after a few days. We are not sure what that represented and since we were leaving did not call him to follow up. I would have no hesitation to call him again.

Excellent, immaculate job. The three-year old rugs were like new and the grout was spotless. The foyer area in particular was outstanding. The owner was spotless himself, very polite and pleasant and cared for every detail.
