What a debacle.  This provider installed a new AC / AIR HANDLER 14 months ago.  He was prompt to make a service call and diagnose the problem.  The unit needed a new dryer and a new valve. He told me that he would be back in a couple of days when the part arrived and install the new valve.  He returned 1 call and said he was waiting for the part. He left me a message that he had "forgotten about me".  Then he just vanished. No returned calls no messages. Rheem was able to contact him  and told me he would fix the problem.  Again he didn't return calls or contact me.  I finally gave up and had another company do the repairs. 

The repairs were made and the unit is still not functioning correctly. I am now questioning the original installation. 

Anyone can make errors. It's how you recover from them that counts.   This operator just ran away and hid. Solid "F:
