Good company. They do quality work and explain everything in detail. They show us the bad part and what it takes to get the good parts. They say what they are going to do and do it right.

They had to get the electric company to help with that because of the lightning strike. They do quality work and are truly honest. They explain what needs to be done and they help with the warranty trouble. they say what they are going to do and they do it right.

We have been using them for 10 years. They are very professional and show up on time . they are a smaller company and are nice and do good work. A family business.

They were good and went out of their way to be sure it was done quickly as possible.

Appointment was expedited for us for Christmas. Problem was quickly found and handled in a professional manner. This is our second service with South Florida Air Solutions and we will call them the next time we need help/

The service was pretty good. They were on time. They had arranged for 10 a.m. The price was fair. I had to do some clean-up after he left. There was a slight mess. They could have been a little bit more professional and not leaving the clean-up to me.

They were great. They were on time. They were quick and everything runs perfect.

It went very well. Did a fantastic job when my a/c went. Extremely fast courteous and knowledgeable and experienced. I felt pricing was very fair and they did an excellent job. In the past I have really been taken for a ride in regards to HVAC sales and competent servicing. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation!

A man named Sean arrived with his son (who he explained was in training). My first impressions of Sean was someone who spoke in a very boisterous and loud manner, and seemed overly confident in his air conditioning knowledge. Frankly I felt he was very obnoxious. That is when I told him I was not planning on making a purchase that day but was evaluating several a/c vendors Sean and his son reviewed my laundry and utility room and proceeded to tell me how out of code everything was and how costly it was going to be to replace things such as electrical, plumbing, breaker switches. From the way he described my situation, he seemed to indicate that he would have to report my situation to the local county board of inspectors. I asked him to clarify and after several questions he indicated that it would only occur once I pulled permits to have the work done. Sean also was persistent that I tell him what other vendors and brands I was considering. Knowing that I would probably get a heavy-handed sales pitch about his firm, I declined his request and told him no, "that's okay". After the inside inspection, we proceeded outside my house where he did the same with my current a/c unit. He again told me how out of code my setup was and how expensive it was going to be to get to the point where it was going to be acceptable. At no point so far did Sean give my reasons WHY I should do business with South Florida Air solutions or WHY I should buy an American Standard/Trane system. Only after I asked him about what SEER rating I needed did he give me his advise. He did not seem to tell me anything UNLESS I asked him a question first. He wrote down lots of notes and promised me that he would provide a detailed quote and recommendation for and air condition system for my home. Throughout this whole exercise his son did not say a single word. This was two weeks ago and to date I HAVE NOT received any quote from him. Frankly I don't understand how a company competing within a crowded A/C vendor field like South Florida ever hopes to stay in business by making promises and then NOT fulfilling them. My recommendation to anyone considering South Florida Air solutions is to avoid them at all costs and certainly make sure Sean doesn't come to your house unless you like dealing with obnoxious, overly self-confident, boisterous a/c vendors. Note to South Florida Air Solutions: Having employees like Sean working for you makes your company look unprofessional and does a disservice to your attempts in providing good customer service. Bad move. I'm still waiting for my A/C system recommendation from you? Do you think you're ever going to get to it?

We have a 1 year old Rheem A/C that was installed by the previous owners. The electric bills were rather high and it was hard to get the house as cold as I would like. Bruce came out and did a complete inspection for $80. He found a number of problems and explained them all to me. He came back 2 days later to replace a broken valve he found and fix some other minor items. Even though the A/C was still under warranty, the installation of the replacement part cost $600 (I can't say whether this is a normal price). After running the A/C at the same settings for 2 weeks, I checked my FPL daily bill and saw that it went down from $10/day to $7/day. He recommended I add more attic insulation to get the costs down further. Bruce was very thorough and took time to explain everything, so I would hire him again in the future.

For $70, this was a great deal. 2 full hours with a technician reviewing our ac system, and diagnosing issues that we needed to address. Turns out that our AC reservoir was about to overflow, and they caught the issue and corrected it just in time! We are really glad to have used this Angie's List special, as it saved us money long term. Thanks guys, we will be coming to you again for any AC needs!

Shawn, Bruce, and Austin did an excellent job. They have been prompt with appointments and did an awesome job cleaning up after the work was completed.

We had problems over the weekend. I emailed Shawn Sunday and he replied Sunday night that they would take care of Monday morning. Bruce was there by 10am and diagnosed and fixed the system right away. Bruce also pointed out other issues with our system to keep an eye on and request warranty repairs. Shawn and Bruce made repairs at my company - Ferrellgas - as well and took care of a long standing issue there. Excellent company with strong customer service.

I have used their services several times for our rental properties. They have completed routine servicing and repairs as well. They are easy to work with and responsive when I have needed them. I have had good experiences with them.

Very responsive and professional. Showed up on time, did what they promised and followed up with email. Nest thermostat is great, by they way. Will use again.

Shawn was very responsive when I called on a Saturday because one of my a/c was not cooling. Bruce came out on Monday with another technician and were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous . I purchased the Angie's list tune up special and did a tune up and addition of freon to my other a/c unit. I would definitely recommend them again. I think the regular price for tune up is just a little bit more than what I have paid in the past (in another city so I'm not sure if it is standard here) but I am willing to pay it because they were very thorough.

Called to confirm same day appointment, then appeared early. A/C's running cool now. Perhaps it's how he breaks down charges on invoice, but I'm not used to being charged a service call for general A/C work when the contractor provides the service/repair. This is more than I've paid for the same service at other properties w/2 zones. I appreciate that he didn't push duct cleaning or other services that other companies push.

Called on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for the next day around 3. The day of the appointment the tech called and said he was running late, I said that was okay and that I would be home all evening. An hour and a half went by and never recived another phone call nor did he ever show up. I will not call for this company's service again.

They showed up when promised and performed work in a timely manner. The technicians install was very clean and looked beautiful when they left. This was not a simple install. The air handler they were replacing was much smaller so they had to remove a platform and reposition piping in the walls. The owner stopped by to check the installation at the end of the project to make sure no details were overlooked. The whole team was very professional.

They provided good quality service, and quick response. They finished the job same day.

My experienced turned out well. One technician was here doing the work. He was thorough and very personable. Scheduling was just fine and they contacted me shortly after I had purchased the big deal. I was satisfied with work and the company.

We used them yesterday. The were very efficient, did the work quickly and for a fair price. I would use them again.

It went very well. They're very prompt, right on time. They cleaned up behind themselves because it was kind of a messy job.The operator was very expressional, very pleasant and I thought they did a real thorough job. Before they started doing the job, they explained to me what they were going to do and why they had to do what they had to. Compared to everybody else, I think the price was an A. They also called me right back.

Shawn was super. He cams and installed my new Nest Thermostat which is awesome. He is also certified for Nest. He set it all up and programmed it and it works great. He also made a complete " check " of my entire system as I just purchased the house. Inside and out and made recommendations for the future. He could have easily sold me on a new system as the current one is 14 years old, but not even close. He took the time to esplain everything to me and said if I ever wanted to do something he would be there to help in the future. THIS IS SO RARE IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!! So I can personally " guarantee" that you will save money and be really happy woth this company.
