They had to get the electric company to help with that because of the lightning strike. They do quality work and are truly honest. They explain what needs to be done and they help with the warranty trouble. they say what they are going to do and they do it right.

The service was pretty good. They were on time. They had arranged for 10 a.m. The price was fair. I had to do some clean-up after he left. There was a slight mess. They could have been a little bit more professional and not leaving the clean-up to me.

It went very well. Did a fantastic job when my a/c went. Extremely fast courteous and knowledgeable and experienced. I felt pricing was very fair and they did an excellent job. In the past I have really been taken for a ride in regards to HVAC sales and competent servicing. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation!

We have a 1 year old Rheem A/C that was installed by the previous owners. The electric bills were rather high and it was hard to get the house as cold as I would like. Bruce came out and did a complete inspection for $80. He found a number of problems and explained them all to me. He came back 2 days later to replace a broken valve he found and fix some other minor items. Even though the A/C was still under warranty, the installation of the replacement part cost $600 (I can't say whether this is a normal price). After running the A/C at the same settings for 2 weeks, I checked my FPL daily bill and saw that it went down from $10/day to $7/day. He recommended I add more attic insulation to get the costs down further.
Bruce was very thorough and took time to explain everything, so I would hire him again in the future.

For $70, this was a great deal. 2 full hours with a technician reviewing our ac system, and diagnosing issues that we needed to address. Turns out that our AC reservoir was about to overflow, and they caught the issue and corrected it just in time! We are really glad to have used this Angie's List special, as it saved us money long term. Thanks guys, we will be coming to you again for any AC needs!

We had problems over the weekend. I emailed Shawn Sunday and he replied Sunday night that they would take care of Monday morning. Bruce was there by 10am and diagnosed and fixed the system right away. Bruce also pointed out other issues with our system to keep an eye on and request warranty repairs.
Shawn and Bruce made repairs at my company - Ferrellgas - as well and took care of a long standing issue there. Excellent company with strong customer service.

Shawn was very responsive when I called on a Saturday because one of my a/c was not cooling. Bruce came out on Monday with another technician and were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous . I purchased the Angie's list tune up special and did a tune up and addition of freon to my other a/c unit. I would definitely recommend them again. I think the regular price for tune up is just a little bit more than what I have paid in the past (in another city so I'm not sure if it is standard here) but I am willing to pay it because they were very thorough.

Called to confirm same day appointment, then appeared early. A/C's running cool now. Perhaps it's how he breaks down charges on invoice, but I'm not used to being charged a service call for general A/C work when the contractor provides the service/repair. This is more than I've paid for the same service at other properties w/2 zones. I appreciate that he didn't push duct cleaning or other services that other companies push.

They showed up when promised and performed work in a timely manner. The technicians install was very clean and looked beautiful when they left. This was not a simple install. The air handler they were replacing was much smaller so they had to remove a platform and reposition piping in the walls. The owner stopped by to check the installation at the end of the project to make sure no details were overlooked. The whole team was very professional.
