Although he did a good job cleaning out the dirt, sand and gravel,he refused to exchange the pool water with clean water. My pool was covered with diesel oil, and had a strong hydrochloric acid and diesel smell. Both were dumped into my swimming pool by the unlicensed contractor. The water was unsafe for swimming and I had to exchange it myself. I am a disabled senior citizen and this was a very difficult task for me to do, however there is no way I would let anyone swim in toxic waste.
