It went wonderful. Due to the age he was very careful with all the faucets, stoppers and mechanical parts to switch from tub to shower. I would take the time to show me what was wrong and how to prevent it form happening again. He did not stop working at all for the duration of the 8 hours that he was here, He had a sandwich on the drive over to my mother in laws and that was the only break he took.

We had used Joe when we first moved into our home 3 years ago.  His prompt service and professionalism was the reason we called him again this morning when a major water leak  occurred in our 8 year old gas water tank.  The leak was discovered at 6:00 am.  Joe returned our call within the hour.  He and an assistant arrived mid-day and replaced the tank and installed a new therm expansion tank by mid-afternoon.  Joe recommended the expansion tank as the old tank had been stressed by the summer heat in our garage.  Apparently he moved his work schedule around to accommodate our emergency.  Joe was once again professional, efficient, and left our garage looking clean when he left.

Joe did an excellent job. He was professional, gave me his charges up front for both the service call and what it would take to fix the leak. Joe was extremely personable and gave me a feeling of trust immediately. He also took the time to look at our kitchen sink facet which also had a leak however it is an imported facet and I was told by another plumber to just get a new facet. Joe offered to look at it, took it apart and then told me that he would do an investigation and see if he could locate the Italian maker and talk to the technical group and then he would get back with me and tell me what he found out. To me, that is going the extra mile, I would recommend "Joe the Plumber!" (I already did!)

I like that they were able to do the work within twenty four hours. It took the plumber only about an hour to do the work. He was pleasant and professional. I thought that the cost was reasonable.

I detected that I had a slab leak in the hot water system but could not pinpoint the location of the leak. America's Choice plumbing was referred to me by the plumber who actually did the plumbing in the house when built in 2000. When I called and left a message, Joe responded quickly and offered to come out that day, Friday, or on Monday. We made it Monday at 0900 hrs and he showed at 0930 hrs., found the leak, drilled through the slab and had it fixed and cleaned up by 1:00. Joe was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He described the procedure over the phone with both good and bad possibilities and gave an estimated price to do just the detection alone and to do the plumbing. He did both and at a final cost $100 under his original estimate. Joe was neat & cleaned up after. I would definitely hire him again and will recommend to my friends and neighbors. Joe is a one man shop, but arrives with an impressive truck with all the tools and inventory needed.
