He is very prompt and came right over and he did a great job. He always came when he said he would. He also likes dogs!

Thomas was called and returned the phone call promptly. He was able to arrive the same day the call was placed to inspect the situation and advise accordingly. He was very knowledgable about plumbing and was able to explain the solution to the leaking and advise on preventing furthur problems. He gave a resonable estimate and advised what situations encountered would cause the cost to rise or fall. He was able to fix the leak the same day and there was no extra costs due to unexpected problems. I have had no further problems.
