Rick's Painting and Pressure Cleaning

Was on time on schedule and did warranty work when the paint product failed. Even did a marketing change for some silly need back in 2008 for government work that was done.

They responded quickly after we called with an estimate! Rick was really nice and supper down to earth. He was refreshingly open and honest about the paint job. The crew came in and worked fast and did a great job on the office and halls.

My call to Rick was returned right away and he came out to give me a price that same afternoon. His employees came to do the job at 8:00 am the next morning. They were professional, very thorough and did a wonderful job. I need my house painted and will definitely call Rick back. I would recommend him to others looking for an honest provider that does a great job at a fair price.

Called for a quote for pressure cleaning exterior of home, soffit, pool deck. Rick came out to our home in Jensen Beach (we weren't home) and called me later with a quote- $750 to power wash exterior, soffit and pool deck. When I told him I thought that the quote was high- he told me, well I have to pay two guys to go all the way out there to Jensen Beach to do this. When I pointed out that he new where we were located prior to coming to bid, he mentioned nothing about the qute being much higher because of our location.
Needless to say- I got 2 other bids- and a company from St Lucie West (alsoa 30 mn drive a way), did a beautiful job for 150$! Rick's would have been 5X the cost!

They did a great job. Their prices are reasonable. I have hired to do interior painting for my home. I only had a few days to get this job done and they immediately sent guys over so I did not have to wait.

Great, great experience! I had never hired a painter, and I was very skeptical about getting ripped off. After all, anyone with a paint brush can hire themselves out as a painter. So I came up with 3 typed pages of questions to ask every painting company rep that replied to my request for price estimates. Asking everyone the same questions was my equalizer.

Rick was the first person to reply to my request, and he promptly met me at home. He is warm, friendly, patiently answered all of my questions, explained how the entire process would go, how many people would be at my home, the hours they would work, confirmed that all his workers were HIS employees of many years and not subcontractors. I was most impressed with him and his workers. Rick provided me with his insurance certificate without blinking, as I always confirm that any worker at my home have active insurance coverage. Rick's suggestions on paint sheen were most helpful.

I chose this company after meeting 6 other painters - one was cheaper, most were more expensive. But I chose Rick's company after I researched his company with the Secretary of State, the BBB and the Palm Beach County Courts. Mostly, I chose Rick because of Rick. I could feel that I made the right decision. I hired Rick,and a few days later he and his workers arrived to begin the job. The first day, they pressure washed the entire outside of my home, the sidewalks, driveway and pool deck. They returned the next day to begin the painting. I came home at lunch daily, just to see how things looked. I needn't worry - his employees did a wonderful job! Each day before they would leave, his guys would pick up all their tools, drop cloths, etc., and leave my home clean and neat, not looking like a work site. And the next day, they would return to continue the job. It took 4 1/2 days to finish the work, but I could not be happier. I had a minor tweak, and Rick stopped by the next day to address and resolve my concern.

Rick and his company went above and beyond what so many other companies would have done! His word is as good as a contract, which we did have. He did what he promised, and much more. Way above my expectations! I know I chose wisely with Rick's company. I've received so many compliments from my neighbors, I know I've added to the home values by haivng my home professionally painted by Rick's company. Great, great job.

As it turned out, Rick's bid was more expensive than the winning contractor.

I did not reveal to Rick by HOW MUCH he lost the bid, but only that he was not the successful bidder due to price. Keep in mind that Rick does not know whether his price was $1.00 more than the successful bidder or HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS more. He had no way of knowing and he will NEVER know. Consider that as you continue to read this review.

I will likely have other work and will solicit bids in the future. Rick will NOT be included in future bids because of his and quot;sour grapes responseand quot;.

Business people should keep their correspondence with customers (and potential customers) civil and polite. Those that cannot do this are not deserving of their customer's business.

I called Rick and he responded in one day I requested an estimate, it was $65.00, Rick said he would be here this week hsi truck and 3 employees came today the job was completed in about 30-45 minutes.

Rick's employees were professional, they answered all my question and they were willing to bill me but I gave them a check.

Excellent job I will call Ricks when I am ready to paint the house.

Our pool deck had not been painted since the house was built 14 years ago. Rick brought paint samples to us when he came to do the estimate and even offered advice about the best color when we had questions. The job was done within a day or two after we picked our color. As noted above, it was completed efficiently and with excellent results. After an unexpected rain Rick returned to check for any problems. Great job!

It went fine.

Rick's entire crew was prompt, friendly, and professional. They worked with me on picking colors, took painstaking care of all details, were neat and returned twice to check and recheck the finished work. I LOVE this company! P.S. I even had Rick out recently to get an estimate for another pressure clean and he told me honestly I didn't need the work done yet - to save my money until after the rainy season. I will definitely call him again.

His staff has been with him for a long time, they take pride in their work. He did a great job.

After a new rug was installed they returned at no charge to finish up. The job was well done and they completely cleaned up all areas.

Everything is spic and span clean. He even got some dirt that was on my pool. I have company coming for the "winter" so it's nice to have this all done so quickly.

Except for being holed up in the computer room all day, it went quite well. I thought it would take more than a day to do this but they did it all in one day, thank goodness. My ceilings are clean, bright and no more stains from the hurricanes in 2004. If I had known it would be this easy, I would have done it long time ago but I dreaded it so badly. I am an asthmatic and feared having problems but they put something in the paint so I didn't smell that paint smell. They were very careful with my furniture and took great care to put everything back the way they found it. The men were polite and asked only one thing and that was to use the restroom. I didn't mind at all.
