Without question this has to be AC service industry's most honest
company. My family and I have been doing business with Reynolds AC for
years. Most recently I had an issue with a part, it turned out the part
was under warranty, they actually sent me a refund. They are always,
polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and fair. Prior to Reynolds AC I
never had a tech leave my house without a bill for something they found
wrong on my new unit that quote and quot;wasn't coveredand quot;.

This was a good experience. Scheduling was easy and had no problems.

They are punctual. They do what they say they will do.

Our old A/C unit that had worked for close to 30 years was perfectly fine but due to the tax credit being offered, we decided to replace the system. Nothing in the apartment changed other than the A/C unit and for the next 18 months we had nothng but trouble. Some of it caused by a tenant, but Reynolds failed to detect material problems with the A/C system that they installed but that were found by 2 other certified A/C technicians.

Overall awesome.

Air Handler is located in the attic. Water was dripping through the ceiling. Called last evening at approx. 6:30pm. Message on the answering service said hours are until 6pm. Left a message. They called back about 15 min later and were at the house about 15 min after that. Promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. This is the second time I have used them based on angie's list recommendation. Excellent service, very reasonable prices.

They called me back, came out when they were supposed to and gave me a quote. I used them and they finished the work two weeks ago.

Great family operated business. Our AC stopped working (in the middle of July in S. FL on a Saturday). I called this company based on A.List recommendations and we had fully restored A/C in just a little over an hour, for under $100, which is really impressive for a weekend call in the height of summer. Father and son were professional, courteous and quick. Definitely the right company to call!

I'm very pleased with the company. I'm planning on having them come out sometime next week to install the new unit. They came out and thoroughly analyzed the unit that I have now, and he explained everything to me. I opted to get a new unit, and they estimated it to be about $5000.

They came when they said they would and did not over charge me. The two men that were here were extremely nice and did not try to over sell me and gave me some good pointers. I'll be a life long customer from now on. I highly recommend this company!

Although the price fails me now, I remember I was very satisfied with the final price as it was less than what I thought it was going to be. They are a very professional outfit and cleaned up really well when they were finished.

Central air conditioners inspected and cleaned but no Freon was necessary this time.
