I had so many cabinet people here. I told them I really wanted a pantry and a lazy Susan. They all said that it wouldn't be possible. The owner, Cary, came in and looked around. He told me that he would be able to get it done. Everything went really well. He came in after everything was installed. He saw 2 issues that I didn't even notice. He replaced 2 parts of the cabinets for me. I am also having my counters installed. He told me to call him after I was done so he could check the cabinets again. i have never worked with someone so incredible. I would recommended him in a heartbeat.

All around poor customer relations and gap between floor and tile was never repaired, contacted owner and still nothing was done so I contacted BBB and the only thing owner had to say was that I was the first to contact BBB about his business. He wanted to charge another 300$ for toe kick that should have been done in the first place if it was offered in sales consultation.

"Customer's floor was out of level drastically. We offered to install several trim moldings due to this, however the customer said that they did not want to pay for this additional non contracted material."

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Wiletta was super patient and helpful throughout the planning and selection process. Jim's installation was excellent. We shopped around a lot before going with QC and we feel we ended up with a better product for less money. We highly recommend QC.
