Precision Glass came out to do an estimate in the morning on Fri Aug 26 and we were under the impression that an estimate will be provided by end of day. We called them on Monday morning and received a return call indicating that estimate will be provided by end of day; 2 more days have passed - it's Wed Aug 31 and no estimate received yet. Not sure as to the cause of the delay, but we decided to give the business to another company.

"Checked all our records. We have no customer by that name in our schedule book, computer etc. Possibly have us mistaken for another glass company in jupiter with similar name. We get calls all the time where this has occurred."

Very prompt, professional service. All my questions/concerns were answered without any problem. Since this was a fairly large mirror ( 42 in X 58 in ) I was impressed that the installation only took 15 minutes to complete! When you know what you're doing, it shows. The installer arrived promptly, took careful measurements and also analyzed the situation carefully. A few days later, two installers arrived with the mirror which fit perfectly. Although the space was very restricted, they did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly. They also removed and replaced an obstructing light fixture. Zero problems!
