Great work! Love their guarantee.  Four years worth of checking out and repairing your enclosure every six months and a spider web cleaning. Who could ask for more. Oh yeah and we paid $200 and $300 respectively less than our other two estimates. Very pleasant workers they even cleaned our gutters and didn't mind our dogs interrupting their lunch to go outside. We were very impressed!

He advised doing the entire cage, which made sense. The two screen doors' hardware were replaced, and rescreening done. Everything turned out perfect.

Paul was very thorough and first ensured that the structure was sound by replacing any damaged frame sections as well as replacing all missing fasteners, door hardware, etc. My enclosure looks brand-new again thanks to PJ. His team was punctual, professional and got the job done efficiently. The work area was completely cleaned up afterwards. The enclosure looks great and the doors function perfectly. I'm very happy to have found this Company and I would recommend and use PJ's again in the future.

He arrived promptly, and gave us a price on site.  Not only helped us with our screen problems, went way beyond the screening and helped us with many other issues.  Pressure cleaned the deck, gutter, and frame.  Repaired damaged screen doors and EVEN helped us come up with a solution to not have to run our hose under the screen door when we need to add water.  This experience was one of the best I have had with a sub-contractor.  Highly recommended.

Paul came over the same day that I called. We agreed on a price and he put me on his schedule (about 2weeks). His crew showed up on the day that was scheduled worked till 5 PM. They showed the next day at 8 AM to finish the job and did so by 1:30 PM. Every thing was completed as agreed upon and at the price he quoted. Paul is a local businessman and is as as honest as they come. When I need anymore repairs I will hire him again and would highly recommend him.

We were very happy with the results. The project took a full day. The patio enclosure looks clean and new.

Very impressed by the owner and his work crew! PJ came out on Wednesday to prove and estimate and was able to schedule the work for Friday - accommodating my need to have the lanai useable before the weekend. He quoted a reasonable price and explained all the details. I had two previous quotes, but I felt they wanted to sandwich me in-between other jobs and were not interested in my desire to have the lanai look 'new' without replacing everything (they thought I was being silly about the rusted screws - and suggested the bottom frames be rebolted but not replaced - all very ugly!) PJ's crew was timely, professional, and washed down the complete lanai before beginning work. As the guys were installing the upper screens, I inquired about 'an animal' screen for the bottom that I had just heard about. The lead worker took me to the truck and showed me the product and explained the benefits - answering all my questions, but no attempted 'sales job'. I decided to go with the heavier screen on the bottom and they had no problem with my chance of work and the additional charge was minimal. When they were done, I was impressed by how different the lanai looked - like new! PJ arrived as his crew finished to ensure I was happy with the results - terrific follow-up! The lanai re-screening job was so well done, we has all the screens for our house re-screened by PJ too! (We had just purchased a short-sale.). He charged a reasonable per window rate - and we have varying sizes - several very large! We couldn't be happier with PJ and highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors.
