The company indicated 4 to 6 months from beginning to end. He began digging and we developed a good raport. He eventually placed in a shell after excavating. I paid him in full (big mistake) and he walked off the job. That was almost 3 years ago. I contacted an attorney during this time to make this right. I just wanted the job completed. July 21, 2008 he was legally obligated to finish the job by October of 2008. He did not honor that adendum. David Dobe NEVER returned my calls. We were taken badly at a major expense to us. I ultimately called a TV News station who sent an investigative reporter to our home and interviewed in an effor to find him and/or stop him from ongoing bad business to others. The story brought others out that had been taken by him as well. Unfortunately because of the legal system in place, we have to wait and file, wait and refile and wait and refile some more to jump through the legal hoops before justice can be done. I'm in that paperwork hassel and my attorney fees, and ongoing frustration for someone like this man who's business ethics are criminal! And I still have a shell in a hole in my yard... no pool... and no $80,000.
