The easiest part of this entire situation was dealing with Pete Johnson. His solid understanding of how to handle a water damage claim was clear. We knew from the beginning that Mr. Johnson would resolve the issue's with our insurance company and in the end, it went smoother than we expected!

We found Peter on Angie's List, and he was at our house within an hour of our initial call.  We had a water leak under our wood floors.  Peter worked up the valuation, our claim was submitted to the insurance company and Peter negotiated with the insurance company's adjuster to reach an agreed amount.  We received our claim payment within a couple weeks of discovering the leak.  Peter was invaluable in the process.  We would use Peter again in the future and recommend him highly.

Before Pete Johnson was involved, our insurance company was only going to pay for a roof repair.  Pete arranged for them to pay for a complete new roof....we are very happy with the outcome and feel confident that without his assistance we would have never received an entire new roof.
