Paul came on the day that we had agreed on. He used a chlorine solution to initially remove the mildew and then finished up with a rinse using a pressure washer. The job was reasonably priced and we will invite him back in the future based on how clean our house looks today.

And yard. I really don't have time for all these questions. All I want to let you know is that we always use this company every year and we have nothing but good regards for him and his company. We have been very happy with Paul Stetson and his team. When you live in South Florida, everything gets dirty and once or twice a year you need a professional to come along to pressure clean your roof, house, windows, patio, pool deck, shed, etc etc. etc. They always show up when they tell you they will and they do a great job. When they are done, it's like you have a brand new house and now you are really ready to have guests over. I love this company and I will use them always.

This is about the 5th time we have used Paul. He comes and covers all outside outlets before starting the work. Moved all outside furniture before and after the work. Great vendor who we have suggested that our friends use. Very reasonable pricing.

Paul and his assistant were prompt and did an outstanding job.  Although I contracted for only the driveway and sidewalk, he also pressure washed the gutters and downspouts.  The driveway and sidewalks were badly stained and he paid extra attention to removing the stains.  The driveway and sidewalks look almost new!

If you would have seen the black mold on the deck and driveway, the green yuk on the windows, the spots of mildew on the doors, you'd have thought his task impossible.  It is now spotlessly clean.  He took all the time he needed to do the job right.  This is the second time we've used him.  We find him fair and a very nice person.  Will definitely use him again.
