The service was beyond excellent! After calling other plumbers with no return calls, I stumbled upon Paradigm Plumbing. The response was immediate! A quote was provided for the AO Smith water heater and installation, all questions were answered to more than our satisfaction and an appointment was made for installation. Bob arrived promptly, completed the job efficiently and was very neat and tidy. He was very patient, thoroughly reviewing the water heater, care, etc. He was wonderful. The water heater has performed with no issues whatsoever. Whatever plumbing needs arise, Paradigm Plumbing has our business henceforth!
