- -they did not paint the rain troughs or the fascia boards
- -they broke the glass on a new lighting fixture and didn't tell me about it
- -they draped a gas lamp with plastic, which caused the plastic to melt on the lighting fixture. I am having a great deal of difficulty getting the melted plastic off of the glass.
- -they did not paint the railing around the windows
- -they got paint on my new Goodyear hoses which are attached to the front and back garden
- -they got paint on the new outdoor lighting
"I first received an A rating from this customer and she seemed to be extremely satisfied. I have been back to the house several times to address any concerns this customer had. She had asked for the under parts of the gutter bands to be painted which we were happy to do for her as well as explain to her our goal is 100% satisfaction. She and her husband were very pleased and we said good bye. I have been back to the house with an appointment 3 times to address any issues the customer has and have been stood up each and every time? I understand that people are busy as I am as well so I feel as this rating is unjustified as I am more then willing to address their concerns. NO light fixture was broken by my company at any time and if it were I would have not only told her but replaced it at no charge. I live by my word. As for the rain trough's and fascias... the fascias were painted as requested initially and the rain gutters were not painted at the customers request. The white railings were not part of the project and were requested by the customer to be removed and not painted which we did. The wall was requested not to be painted and after the fact the husband asked us to paint it which was behind bushes and shrubs which we did at a COST!! price for labor and material only. The wall took an additional day of labor and the crew had to return to the residence and were more then willing to remedy any and all concerns at that time but again there was no one at home. We had to scale an 8' wall to gain access to the back yard to accommodate the customers time frame as they were to have family returning and they were going to be away and we were able to do that for them not once but twice. As I have told this customer on numerous occasions I would be more then happy to touch up anything requested even the things not contracted for as long as they were to be on site when we scheduled an appointment. This still stands even after this review as I stand on 100% satisfaction! Please call me at 561-685-2050 and speak with me directly so we can resolve any issues you have. If there was any arrogance on our part I am VERY sorry and assure you that is not the way we work. Again I will state 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. In the course of the 2 weeks of repairs and painting that were done to the house, I discovered that Doug has many other talents beyond just painting. We ended up hiring Doug for the balance of the restoration work. He and his wife Donna stepped up to the plate and rearranged their schedule with their other jobs in order to finish my house in time for my family's arrival to spend Christmas in Florida in my new home! They spent the next 3 weeks there. I spent hours on the phone with Donna helping me with choices on everything from faucets to vanities to cabinet colors and finishes! They remodeled and replaced all the bathrooms including tiling floors, installed new closet systems throughout the house, completely remodeled the kitchen including beautiful new cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances and their installation, replaced carpets and every light fixture in the house.
We have already hired Paint N Moore to now do the exterior of the house before we return again in February.
We highly, highly recommend Doug and his Paint N Moore crew!
