They were absolutely fabulous! So professional and competent. They made it clear through the way they performed the difficult work that they really care about your property and take immense pride in doing things right. I have already hired them again with pleasure!

Only Trees LLC arrived promptly for both the estimate appointment and the work day. The estimator was very professional, friendly, and thorough with his explanations. The work crew showed up wearing appropriate safety gear and had well-maintained equipment. They did a great job cutting the stump very close to ground level, which saved me money when the stump grinding company came. I also appreciate that they did a good job cleaning up behind themselves. They were a few hundred dollars more than the lowest estimate, but I am happy I chose them.

The actual work went very well, They did a great job cleaning up and performing the work. I was suprised at how quickly they were able to do all of the work and overall very happy with them. the only down side was the office, I contacted them and did not hear back, I almost hired a different company when we finally got a hold of them to find out if and when they were going to return our calls. Do not expectto pay with a credit card when the work is done, they send a bill and if you choose to pay by credit card, yo uhave to go in and they write everything down on paper and keep it in their office which does not seem very secure. I wil definately use them again understanding the office problems and I will bring cash next time though I am afraid that my information is already out there.

I got an estimate that was descriptive of what they thought I needed to have done, and I hired them to do it. It went very well and I would hire them again.

I have used Only Trees for years and they are amazing! Quick estimates can be left in my mailbox while at work, and once the estimate is approved they have been at my house quickly. They do great work.

We had dead trees in our yard and during storm season no less..only trees cam out and gave a free estimate immediately. I knew they were booked for weeks due to storm season. When the foreman arrived he realized these trees might fall on our home during a wind storm and got a crew out that week. They were professional and courteous . The crew was quick and worked efficiently. Only Trees helped us out under a crunch and we will definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with the quality, responsiveness and punctuality of this company. I also found their prices to be fair. Shannon called me back right away and told me Brandon, one of the field managers, would contact me for an estimate. He did as promised. After hiring, Brandon even moved his schedule around to accommodate mine. His crew of 5 trimmed my 19 palms quickly -- exactly one hour. They were professional and had nice equipment and all the safety gear. Brandon called me when he said he was going to and showed up exactly on time. They brought a chipper and took care of all the vegetation. Plus they did a thorough job with clean up. I am thrilled with this company and absolutely will be using them again. My only negative comment is a small oversight with their marketing person - their big truck was missing the area code on the side. My tip is to call early -- the summer apparently keeps tree companies very busy and most companies I called have a 2-3 week wait time.

Contacted Only Trees because I saw the kind of job they did where i work. They came out when they said they would, surveyed everything and gave us a price. We accepted the price and they scheduled. They were here on the day promised with an entire team along with a Job Supervisor. He personally did all the trim work and cutting on the specialty trees. There was so much work to do... I watched them take down what looked like tons of vegetation, limbs and junk. They shredded alot on site, and hauled of the rest and left almost nothing to clean up behind. The job was honestly, perfect. My yard looks happy and healthy - if you didn't know better you wouldn't even know it was touched. That is the sign of truly knowing what you are doing. i SAW how much work they did and the craziness. Also - the managers are certified arborists - which means they know what they should or should not be doing to bring out the best in your yard. They definitely know what they are doing. Leo worked on our yard - he and his entire crew should be commended - they worked hard and long. I was also impressed that they were so safety aware and took good care of themselves too. I needed a company that would take good care of my yard - I found them.

This was our second time using Only Trees and we were very pleased with their work. We enjoyed talking with and learning from Sam A. who gave us the estimate. Sam really know his trees and is a pleasure to work with.
The original date had to be re-scheduled and so there was a delay in getting the work done but the crew arrived on time on the re-scheduled date . They worked very quickly and did a very nice job. Great crew,nice job....will use them again.

This company exceeded all my expectations. Arborist was professional, as were all workers.

The work was started on time, everyone worked extremely hard, and the men doing the job were all first rate.

Cleanup was impeccable. This is a first rate company.

I called them on Thursday asking them to look at a large maple tree. They said they'd look at it the next day. That night there was a written report saying the tree should be removed and the estimate for the cost. I called Monday and they said they'd remove the tree Thursday or Friday. I agreed. The next day they called and asked if they could come early. I agreed. When I got home that night, the giant tree that hung over my house and fence was gone. There was absolutely no damage to anything. The following night when I came home, the stump was ground down and the area totally cleaned up. The job was done professionally and quickly. Can't ask for more!

Leo came by for an estimate the same day I called. He explained my options and costs in detail.
The next week Leo called to schedule the trimming, but a worker injury caused him to have to call to reschedule. They called again the next week, and came within the hour. During the trimming Leo checked with me on progress of the largest Magnolia. They cleared all tree branches and trimmings from my yard, and did an excellent job. I was most impressed that they even blew debris from my screened enclosure. They also stayed until almost 6pm to trim a magnolia I had not originally requested. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again. And I feel much safer for the upcoming Hurricane Season!

I called on a Wed. and had to leave a message. I was called back on Friday and told that someone would call and come over on Mon. or Tues. to give an estimate. This did not happen. Thurs. someone just showed up unannounced to give the estimate. I was ready to give up on Only Trees but decided I would go ahead and give them a try since they were highly rated.
The overall work was ok - not done as well as we would have liked or expected from a well-rated Angie company. I had explained to the estimator what we wanted done but the crew did not appear to be informed of my wishes so I had to explain it all again. They were cooperative and tried to please.
Only Trees needs to improve their customer communications.

They came with a whole team of guys. Finished in about an hour, the work is great, and clean up after themselves when the leave. Shred up all of the trimmings and left nothing in my yard. The workers are very knowledgeable and nice.

The team arrived on time, went right to work and worked very together well as a team. They know what they are doing and do it well. They have the equipment to shred the large branches and debris and cleaned up my entire front and back yards and walkways. What a pleasure to work with a such a professional, reliable business.

My overall experience with them was good. I was shocked at how reasonable they were with their price. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

They did a great job and had an Arborist on the job telling the guys where to cut the trees. They were professional and responsive. I was happy with the ways the trees looked when they were done. I got several quotes and their price was competitive and everything went very well.

They seem to do a pretty good job. They are all about safety. They clean up nice after themselves.
