Miklos Air Inc

I have an annual contract with them. It was excellent. Almost everyone in the neighborhood is using them now because they have been so good. They company has a good representation and is the primary service provider for a/c services on our block. There workers are fantastic.

Steve Miklos and his team did an excellent job. Due to the lack of space in the attic, the air handler of the new system was put in the garage, so maintenance will be much easier. Price was very reasonable. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Work was completed quickly, even though there was an unexpected problem of an electrical conduit which had to be moved. It is a pleasure to work with Miklos Air.

We called Miklos Air for a second opinion.  Specifically, we told the tech that another company had informed us our coils needed to be changed out due to leaks and we wanted to substantiate that.  After doing whatever an ac tech does to check out these things, the Miklos tech declared there were ?no leaks.?  Fast forward ? after giving previous co. a bad review ? ac stopped working again and called Miklos back.  Now they think there is a leak (?!) and need to do a special leak test for $145 (?!) to determine if our coils need to be replaced?save your time and money (not to mention egg on your face) and avoid this ac company!

Ben arrived on time and got right to work. I told him what I thought went wrong with the previous repair by a technician from his company and he agreed and said he would fix it. He was very professional, courteous, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. He fixed the repair quickly and I was very relieved that it wasn't the struggle I had anticipated based on experiences with other A/C companies. I would recommend these guys and will use them again if repairs or servicing is needed. Thank you Ben for the job well done.

Steve Miklos the owner of Miklos Air came out at our request to give us a quote on replaceing our airconditioning units and air handlers.He was very knowledgable about the products and his quote was competitive.
We decided to give Miklos Air the job after getting other quotes .
Miklos Air installed the units as promised and were very neat and punctual in getting the job done.
They also came back and readjusted our themostats and checked the system after several weeks and overall we were very pleased with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

We will definitely use again

I came home from dinner and my AC wasn't working and it was 84 degrees out. I checked all breakers and the unit and couldn't find an issue. I now know that the unit in the attic has a water plumb that turns off the unit if there is too much water to prevent water damage. I called Miklos first thing in the morning and they were at my home 1:00pm. The unit had a clogged drain pvc run-off pipe. It had sediment and mung clogging the pipe. Ben wet-vac'd the water (6 gallons) from the drain pan and blew out the pipe. He showed me the water from the pipe after he blew out the gunk. A simple problem but quickly fixed.I have used Miklos before for routine maintenance. They give you a 2 hour window for when they will arrive and the office and staff have been pleasant to work with.
