Joanne sets the appointments for regular maintenance days up to a few months ahead of time. Joanne also fits me in on special projects whenever she can and when I know ahead, we plan for a big project. Joanne is conscientious and has a good work ethic. She has a good sense of the flow to our home now, keeping this in mind, for both Maintenance and new projects. I am a little more hands-on than some, is but thoroughly enjoy when somebody can take ownership. As it frees me to get other things in my life, which I very much appreciate. Joanne is professional, friendly, personable, trustworthy, and reliable.

This is not a cheap or easy ordeal, but I needed help and couldn't do it myself! I have tried several times over the years and found it to be too overwhelming both emotionally and physically. Kelly the owner, was professional and kind. She matched me with Emmy (my individual organizer) who was amazing. She was great at working with me and keeping me on task! I can't thank them enough! I feel a huge boulder has been lifted off of me and I can breathe easy! Thank you so much!

I told them ahead of time what my needs were and they did absolutely nothing to help me but charge me well over my budget and not get the work done. They did not do what I asked of them, they were argumentative, threw things out without asking me & and did not meet my needs by any means.

"How unfortunate that we were not able to meet this clients expectations. After over ten years and well over a thousand clients, sometimes, even after your best efforts you cannot satisfy everyone. In this case we were called to help unpack a home. Without getting into detail about this clients personal circumstance, we can say that our service standards and procedures were followed perfectly with this client. We did the best we could with what we had to work with and after 5 hours of organizing on the first day the client was thrilled with the service and said that we were ?amazing.? So much so that she had us back for another session. That session she decided to disregard our expertise and insist that we help her a certain way. That session did not go as we would have liked but we were once again doing the best with what we were given and she seemed happy with the results. It is always our mission to create order and bring peace to our clients and making sure that a client is thrilled with our service is top priority (which is evident by our dozens of 5 star reviews). We do not leave a clients home unless they are thrilled with what we have accomplished. This client unfortunately did not communicate any dissatisfaction during our time with her, so we were not given the opportunity to make any corrections even after asking her to allow us to come back and make any corrections that she saw fit."

As someone else wrote, this is not a cheap -- nor easy -- endeavor. But I couldn't do it myself, no matter how many times I tried over the years. The company's professionalism, and my individual organizer Linda's experience and attitude, is OUTSTANDING. Together, we are getting the combined households of my own and my widowed mother settled and liveable. Whew!

We hired Lori and Kelly and Jeramy. They had Great initiative, ideas and integrity. Lori was an organizing pro and helped us make big changes in three of our rooms and garage. Lori and Kelly and Jeramy went above and beyond to insure that we had the support that we needed. We are very satisfied with their work and the projects that they did for us, that included installing cabinets above our laundry area, installing a rack in the Garage, and shopping for assembling and mounting and organizing Cabinets from Ikea.
